Ingfield Farm encapsulates everything we could expect from Total Local Heroes, all in one lovely shop & farm in Southowram, run by the Bamford family since 1975.

Meat reared in Calderdale on hillside pastures, free range eggs collected daily from happy wandering hens (and the odd goose and duck eggs when they can be persuaded!) over 20 different varieties of own made sausages including: wild boar, chicken & tarragon, venison & cranberry, oh & loads more than you probably could ever imagine.

There’s also local pies (both sweet & savoury) baked on site and Calderdale’s own cheeses. Their own Owramdry bacon and gammon is even dry cured on site.

As staunch supporters of Calderdale and proud to be part of Totally Locally,  the team that include: Lucy, Margaret, Richard, Stephen, Sue, Kate, Pat, Dennis, Paul, Becky A, Becky B, Ann, Jayne A, Jayne B, Nicola A, Nicola B, Diane A, Diane B, Loren, Wayne, Lana , Andrei, Debs, Chloe, Louise and Karen are showing the way for a sustainable future through local workings.
